A Fresh Approach to Learning Music

At Made of Music, we believe music should be fun, meaningful, and something everyone can enjoy. Based in Dún Laoghaire, we offer a vibrant, welcoming space where students of all ages can connect, grow, and express themselves through music.

Since opening in 2021, we’ve grown to serve almost 180 students and built a team of 10 passionate teachers. Our lessons combine high-quality tuition with creativity, community, and plenty of performance opportunities.

What We Offer

• One-to-one lessons in piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, drums, voice, saxophone, clarinet, and music theory

• Flexible options like 'Learn with a Friend' classes — perfect for nervous beginners 

• Group sessions including a Pop Choir, Band Jamming, Songwriting, and Beginner Guitar/Ukulele courses for both kids and adults

• Junior & Leaving Cert grinds with tailored exam support

• Supportive adult learning environment, with a weekly Song Circle and dedicated performance opportunities for adult students

More Than Just Lessons

Our students regularly perform at in-house concerts, where they are given the opportunity to perform with professional musicians, and also take part in local community performances. They write and perform original music and even form their own bands. At Made of Music, it’s about more than just practice — it’s about real musical experiences that inspire confidence and connection.

We proudly serve families from across Dún Laoghaire, Glasthule, Sandycove, Dalkey, Glenageary, Ballybrack, Monkstown, Blackrock, Sallynoggin, Deansgrange, Killiney, and surrounding areas. With sea-view classrooms and a calm, friendly atmosphere, Made of Music is more than a school — it’s a creative home for music lovers of all ages.
